Running is not known to be loved by all, or even most people. But you can make it fun for yourself at home, you don’t even have to run to get a good workout on your treadmill. The best thing about this machine is all of its customizing capabilities.
Start by walking on your treadmill and experimenting with it. If you want to get your heart racing, bump the speed up. Don’t like sprinting or even jogging? Then keep it slow, but move the incline up. You can get your heart racing just as much as you would running by walking hills at a slow pace.

Choose the speed and resistance that is most comfortable for you and do 5-10 intervals for a great workout.
Maybe you don’t want to work that hard. Take a leisurely 20-minute ride on your stationary bike while watching your favorite show on Netflix. What? You can enjoy your “me-time” and work out? Of course!
